The market is way more condusive to manufactured housing out here at the moment. We're ok with that too, but I sure would like to make a mark on the industry in AZ using modular homes. I don't even know what that means... Its a blog, who cares. I wish modular homes would catch on in Arizona. That will surely have to wait with the current economy. Modular homes are a bit more expensive than the manufactured home counterpart. Right now, low price is king! Hard to push the 'better' product when there's no money and no good appraisals.
