Modular Homes not big in AZ yet...

Even though I hate to admit it, AZ is behind the rest of the world when it comes to modular homes. I think the day will come. How far into the future- I don't know. The market is way more condusive to manufactured housing out here at the moment. We're ok with that too, but I sure would like to make a mark on the industry in AZ using modular homes. All things in good time. Right now, we're dealing. Shouldn't be far off though... link to the link. What?

I don't even know what that means... Its a blog, who cares. I wish modular homes would catch on in Arizona. That will surely have to wait with the current economy. Modular homes are a bit more expensive than the manufactured home counterpart. Right now, low price is king! Hard to push the 'better' product when there's no money and no good appraisals. We can't even make the HUDs appraise! Well, look- we have modular homes here at Black Hawk. If you want to get one, we're a D-12 Master Retailer, so step right up, mister! Not every retailer has the distinction of the D-12, which allows us to sell and install modular homes here in Arizona. Cool, eh? link

Modular Home mania not in Arizona yet

Modular Homes are way more popular in other areas of the country than here in Arizona. I attribute this to lack of willingness on the part of manufacturers and retailers to bring these homes to the market. The manufactured or HUD homes sell like wildfire around here! Well, maybe not at this exact moment, but you know what I'm saying... Economy is crap right now.

Black Hawk Homes will be at the forefront of bringing modular homes to Arizona! In the near future I think we'll be able to turn the tide! For now, we love to sell manufactured homes too! They are certainly cheaper than their modular counterpart. link it!

Victory!

Modular Homes in Arizona is the last one for today! Yes! All done. Whew. In the course of doing this I have eliminated my headache somehow. Usually blogging GIVES me a headache. Well, thats good because now I can go and sell someone a modular home. I don't expect to really do that because we don't have any on our lot. We do have a bunch of HUD one's, but thats not what a modular home is. That is why we don't need a lot of trash from the Sistine Chapel to sort itself out of Italy and Mussolini's plot to take over the world along with Hitler and Michael Jordan. They will..

stop the music!

Can't believe this blog this is really working. Well, we don't have to really say anything at all and a matter of fact its for the better of all modular homes in Arizona involved anyway. But first we might declare a state of emergency for north Texas and Colorado state university where the keep the modular homes at room temperature. Flogging Molly said a live show would be great on campus or somewhere north of the Rock Mountains and of course in a modular home where it can be warm.

Now I've got this crazy guy Rev. Wright in my ear. Trying to see if he is going to kill B Obama's campaign, or if its not a huge deal. I know that modular homes in Arizona is not a huge deal. But it should be... This poor guy in the interview can't get a word in edgewise- Rev Wright keeps interjecting faster than he can get a word out of his mouth. Who is the interviewer? Hold on... Oh well, I don't know... some dude on Fox. Anyway, modular homes, forever essay...

I can't be stopped!

Even blogger cannot slow me down, man! My last post on one of the other blogs got zapped, but I'm still going to set the record for fastest blogging ever! Modular homes in Arizona is our topic. OK, great. If you ever thought about a modular home, then keep thinking about it all the way down to Black Hawk Homes in Phoenix. Don't come around here for any other reason. We don't care if you just want to look. Fine. We have no modular homes here anyway.

Praise be!

Praise be to God everyone! My e-mail is back! Only the Lord himself could have coaxed Cox Communications into fixing my problem. Thank you! I'm not mocking, either. I don't know how they fixed it, but they did. Thanks to God. Anyway, his holiness would also encourage you to buy a modular home in Arizona! Thats right, he would! He would also want you to buy it from me at Black Hawk Homes- the #1 modular home retailer on the planet! Indeed. Sound blasphemous? No, its not. God and I are tight. You are the one that is going against HIS will if you don't step up to the plate and get a modular home in Arizona from Black Hawk. See, all better.

Genesis

Since we're on the topic of modular homes on this one, maybe it would be a good idea to talk a bit about the kind we have available. Genesis Homes is the modular home division of Champion. One thing that bothers me is that we have to go through this encumbering process to actually be allowed to retail these homes. Basically, we have to spec one out on a piece of real property and allow Genesis to hold us by the hand through the entire set up process. If I'm not mistaken, we have to do this more than once. Great! Here's an idea. How about Champion ponies up the $ for everything including the lot. How about that? What a load of crap. They won't even let it be a customer sold- HAS TO BE spec. Really, thanks. We can do on-frame modular homes right now. Those homes are more like a super manufactured home anyway. Not a hell of a lot of difference between the two. OK, 'til next time- modular homes rule!
