Modular Schmodular

I don't even know what that means... Its a blog, who cares. I wish modular homes would catch on in Arizona. That will surely have to wait with the current economy. Modular homes are a bit more expensive than the manufactured home counterpart. Right now, low price is king! Hard to push the 'better' product when there's no money and no good appraisals. We can't even make the HUDs appraise! Well, look- we have modular homes here at Black Hawk. If you want to get one, we're a D-12 Master Retailer, so step right up, mister!
