Even though I hate to admit it, AZ is behind the rest of the world when it comes to modular homes. I think the day will come. How far into the future- I don't know. The market is way more condusive to manufactured housing out here at the moment. We're ok with that too, but I sure would like to make a mark on the industry in AZ using modular homes. All things in good time. Right now, we're dealing. Shouldn't be far off though... link to the link. What?
